Tuck Shop Sheds

Our tuck shop sheds are built to the same high standards as the rest of our garden sheds. The uses are obvious and as each tuck shop is made especially for the client we can adjust the style and size of hatch as necessary.

We fit the hatches with continuous hinges which means that all the screws are concealed when the hatches are closed. The continuous hinge also means that the security is much improved..

The door is also fitted with a continuous hinge running the full height of the door, this relieves the finger crush trap associated with shed doors and also prevents the door from being unscrewed.
The shelf is detachable, when it is in place it stops the shutter doors from closing.

As they are generally supplied into schools, all our Tuck Shop Sheds come pre-treated to all external surfaces with a very high quality spirit based treatment, Barretines Protect and Nourish. This ensures the sheds are waterproof and gives them the best start in life.

The cost of these sheds is whatever the cost of the basic apex shed is )in either 12mm or 16mm cladding) plus £239.00 for the single hatch conversion or £339.00 for a double hatch convertion - the larger tuck shop sheds can have multiple hatches installed.

So, as an example:
8 x 6 apex shed, 16mm cladding - £699.00
Single hatch conversion - £239.00
Cost - £938.00 (price correct at 30th April 2020)

The other thing to consider is whether the base that the tuck shop is going to stand on is level. If it isn't level then we can use a heavy duty floor frame which we are able to level as necessary. The cost for that on an 8 x 6 tuck shop shed is £113.40

Installation is free of charge at the time of delivery providing that there is a firm, flat base and good access
If the base for the Tuck shop shed is not level and you haven't ordered a heavy duty floor frame then we will not be able to install it for you
